VICTORIA PARK ACCESS
Some areas within Victoria Park will be restricted for pedestrians and cyclists during the event build and dismantle. These restrictions will be implemented across five phases to adhere to Work, Health and Safety legislation. DECLARED EVENT PERIOD
Wednesday 22 November until Sunday 26 November 2023 (5 days).
PUBLIC TRAFFIC VEHICLES & PEDESTRIANS
All public traffic, both vehicular and pedestrian, will be prohibited from accessing the precinct from 12:01am Tuesday 21 November until 11:59pm Monday 27 November 2023 (7 days).
BIKE TRACK THROUGH VICTORIA PARK
The bike track across Victoria Park that links Fullarton Road to Halifax Street will have restricted access at times during the build / dismantle phases and will be closed between 12:01am Tuesday 21 November until 11:59pm Monday 27 November 2023 (7 days). These dates will be indicated by signs at each end of the bike track prior to closure.
GATE OPENING TIMES
Gates will open at 8:00am on all event days (23-26 November 2023). Gate 4 will remain open 24 hours a day over the event period. Access will be granted by security for authorised personnel only.
PETS
It is recommended that pets sensitive to noise be kept indoors during racing sessions. See the Race Program on the VAILO Adelaide 500 website for the latest information.
TRACK ACTIVITY
The following track activities will be taking place within the build and event period of the VAILO Adelaide 500, which will restrict access to the event precinct.
DRIVING SOLUTIONS TRACK DAY
To be held on the VAILO Adelaide 500 Circuit Wednesday 22 November between 7:00am - 1:30pm.
Specific access details will be distributed in due course directly to residents by the VAILO Adelaide 500 Community Relations Officer.
