My passwords are not working.
Your passwords are required to be the exact same as they are displayed in the email you received from Ticketek.
Please ensure when you are entering passwords in the Ticketek page that each password is on a new line. For example:
My tickets are showing as GA
As we continue to work with Ticketek on the Grandstand build for 2023, all tickets will show as GA in the transaction screen and in your account.
Please transact as normal and your seats will appear in early May when tickets go on General Public sale.
When I book a new seat in 2023, will I receive 2022 prices?
All grandstand tickets are now at 2023 prices.
How can I add seats to my booking?
During this window of the ADL500 Club, you cannot add more seats to your booking.
We recommend you ‘Join the ADL500 Club which can be done on the Adelaide 500 website. This will give you pre-sale access to grandstand seating of which you can buy additional tickets.
Please note this will be at 2023 prices and subject to seating availability.
