- New Zealand young gun Matthew Payne will make his main game debut in 2023 with Penrite Racing.
- In 2022, he challenged for the Super2 title, and also made his Great Race debut alongside Lee Holdsworth.

The Adelaide 500, a round of the Repco Supercars Championship, is Australia’s largest domestic motor sport event.
The Adelaide Street Circuit is world renowned both for the excellent racing and the race atmosphere that takes over the city. The 3.219 km (2.000 mi) circuit has played host for the Adelaide 500 Supercars event since 1999 to 2023 (Note the event was cancelled in 2021)
