The Pit Straight Grandstand also is the best location to witness the season champion’s celebrations at the end of the event, as this year’s top driver tries to upstage the epic burnout by Shane van Gisbergen.

Two-time Adelaide 500 winner Scott McLaughlin says the Pit Straight Grandstand is unique for drivers, “When you come around the corner here on the last lap, you see the people. It’s one of the few tracks where you get that feeling of a full grandstand, it’s awesome,” he says.

The Inside Chicane Grandstand is one of the VAILO Adelaide 500’s most iconic viewing locations providing spectacular views of the on-track battles that come with Supercars racing, particularly at the start of each race.

Watch the Supercars bounce over the kerbs as the drivers push their race cars to the limit and become airborne; and hold your breath as two drivers attempt to manoeuvre through this section of the track side by side off the start line as well as at each safety car restart.

Located at the end of Brock Straight and named after Australian motorsport icon Peter Brock, this grandstand offers reserved 4-day covered grandstand seating to view all the thrills and spills at Turn 8.  One of the most notorious corners of any Supercars racetrack in Australia.

Witness the high-speed approach as drivers throw their cars into the corner at a speed of more than 200km/h.  It is rare a single Adelaide 500 has been run and won without at least one driver losing control at this part of the track.

Named after motorsport legend Sir Jack Brabham, this grandstand offers prime views of the high-speed action and mistakes at Turn 8 as well as one of the best passing places on the Adelaide Street Circuit, Turn 9.

Watch both extremes of Supercars racing as they hurtle through Australia’s most notorious race corner, Turn 8, which has caught out drivers of calibre such as Jamie Whincup, Mark Skaife and Greg Murphy.  Then drivers hit the brakes hard into Australia’s slowest corner at Turn 9, where they will attempt to out-brake each other to gain a position.

The Pit Entry Grandstand provides sweeping views of the final three corners of the Adelaide Street circuit and it’s the location where drivers peel off from the race and head into the pits.

Watch the drivers struggle to control their Supercars as they bounce into the hairpin under brakes, all while trying to nose their race cars up past their rivals in front or defending their challengers from making a positional pass from behind.

Ticketholders in the Hairpin Central Grandstand can access a mix of all VAILO Adelaide 500 vantages, with uninterrupted views across key parts of the circuit as well as being in prime position for a Super Screen.

The grandstand is located in the middle of the hairpin at Turn 14, providing excellent views of drivers passing each other at this final corner. It also provides a view of race cars finishing their lap, accelerating off down pit straight, and coming into the pits.
