Drone No-Fly Zone: VAILO Adelaide 500
 
The airspace over the VAILO Adelaide 500 and in the surrounding airspace is a strict No-Drone Zone. With multiple authorised aircraft, including broadcast operations, helicopters, air displays, and a helicopter landing zone within the event area, drones pose a serious safety risk. Thousands of fans and workers will be present, making it unsafe for any unauthorised drone flights.
 
Stay Safe, Stay Legal
Flying a drone in proximity to manned-aircraft not only endangers authorised aircraft but also puts lives at risk. Breaching these regulations can result in severe penalties, including fines and legal action.
 
SA Police Operations
SA Police will be monitoring and mitigating unauthorised drone activity during the event. Drones may be detected and controlled to ensure public safety.

Can I fly a drone?

Concert VIP access is from 6pm and entrance will be from the rear of the 2-story facility. The space will be the memorabilia hub during the day.
Fox Australian Supercross VIP access is from 4:30pm with the main event starting at 5:30pm. Space is at the front of the Heritage Grandstand on the eastern side of the Supercross track.
NAPA Speedway VIP opens from 6pm. Access to this space will be from the rear of the facility near Bartels road.

What time do the VIPs spaces open?

Smart Casual is the minimum requirement:

Accepted &#8211; dress jeans, racing shirts, dress shorts.
Not Accepted &#8211; tank tops, singlets, midriff tops or low-cut shirts, barefoot, non-dress shorts, board shorts, sports shorts, stubbies, activewear and NO THONGS.
Please adhere to our policies to avoid embarrassment. If you do not comply you will be turned away

What do I need to wear?

Gates open 8:30am and suites open at 9:30am. Alcohol service begins from 11am and concludes 15 minutes after the last track action with the suite then closing 15 minutes after this.

What time does the suite open?

No your ticket provides you access to concerts, NAPA Sppeedway and FOX Australian Supercross on the corresponding days with your ticket.

Do I need a ticket for the concert?

No, your hospitality ticket will be used at the gate to scan in. You will then show this on arrival to your suite and receive a wristband for the day.

Do I need a General Admission Ticket?

Your tickets will be sent to you via email 2 weeks before the event.

When do I get my Hospitality Tickets?

No. In 2024, there is no After Race Concert on Friday night.

Is there a Friday night concert in 2024?

The schedule for the 2024 VAILO Adelaide 500 has not been released yet. However, the concerts will take place on the Saturday and Sunday night.

What time does the After Race Concert Series begin?

No, you will need a ticket to the event as well as a Paddock Pass.

The Supercars Paddock is where all the behind the action scenes take place. With a Paddock Pass you can get closer to the teams’ garages, transporters and maybe even meet and grab an autograph from your favourite driver.

Do my Grandstand tickets include the Paddock Pass?

Access to the Boost Mobile Supercross Sprint is INCLUDED in your ticket to the event. The event will run across Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Simply hold a General Admission or Grandstand ticket for any day.

How do I buy tickets for the Boost Mobile Supercross Sprint?

The NAPA Speedway will be based in the VAILO Adelaide 500 precinct, allowing traditional fans of the Repco Supercars Championship and the event the opportunity to see the 950 horsepower Sprintcars – live and loud!

Where will the NAPA Speedway be located?

A General Admission ticket for each day you want to attend.

General Admission and Grandstand tickets give you access to the After Race Concert series. There is NOT a specific ticket for the concerts.

We suggest checking out some of the on-track and off-track attractions before hitting up the concerts in the night-time!

What ticket do I buy if I only want to attend the After Race Concerts?

Please check that you are using the email address as per the ADL500 Club email sent to you on Monday, 22 April 2024. The tickets will be linked to the email address and information you provided in the ADL500 Club registration form.

All people that registered for the Same Seat Renewal window to re-book your 2023 seats, will also receive an email when the “Join the Club” phase opens.

If you did not choose to re-book your existing seats, you will then have the opportunity to purchase different seats and/or more tickets at this time, at 2023 prices, and subject to available seating.
&nbsp;
It is anticipated that the transaction period for this second phase (Join the Club) will be from 9am ACST, Thursday 9 May and closing 5pm ACST, Monday 20 May – but it is subject to change.

If you do not transact in this second phase, you will need to wait for the events public on sale date to purchase grandstand seats at 2024 prices. You will also therefore not be a member of the 2024 ADL500 Club.

The VAILO Adelaide 500 team and Ticketmaster have used 2023 purchase data to ensure that they are your same seats.

In this current phase of the ADL500 Club, you are able to re-book your 2023 4-Day grandstand seats.

If you want to change seats you can do so during the second phase called “Join the Club” at 2023 prices, or when tickets go on public sale at 2024 prices.

I don’t think these are the seats I had in 2023, what do I do?

We recommend that you view the tickets within your Ticketmaster account and untick any seat that you do not wish to purchase.
&nbsp;
The seat will then remain unpurchased in your account for the Same Seat Renewal period of 22 April to 3 May 2024.  After 5pm on Friday 3 May 2024, the ticket will disappear from your account and be released allowing other patrons to purchase it.

I do not want to re-book all of my 2023 seats now, what do I do?

In the Ticketmaster portal, you can click on the drop-down button, as highlighted below, and change your seat between Adult and Concession.  This will amend the price accordingly before you proceed to payment.

Reminder, if you purchase a Concession ticket type you will need to provide proof of Concession identification at gate entry.

I have 4 or more tickets and I now wish to purchase them as a Family Pass (2 x Adults and 2 x Juniors or 1 Adult and 3 x Juniors), but the system won’t let me, how do I change it?

All ADL500 Club members will receive the 25th year collectable hard cards and lanyards via Australia Post registered mail, closer to the event.

Hard cards and lanyards will be addressed and sent to the Ticketmaster account holder and the address provided for that account.

The event will confirm when hard cards and lanyards have been dispatched via the Ticketmaster email address at that time.

When will I get my ADL500 Club hard card and lanyards?

All people that registered for the Same Seat Renewal/re-bookphase will also receive an email when the “Join the Club” phase opens. You will then have the opportunity to purchase more tickets at this time, at 2023 prices, and subject to available seating.

Access to the NAPA Speedway is INCLUDED in your ticket to the event. The event will run on Thursday and Friday nights. Simply hold a General Admission (including an After 4pm Friday Ticket) or Grandstand ticket for Thursday and/or Friday to watch the Sprintcars battle it out.

How do I buy tickets for the NAPA Speedway?

No. An After Race Concert Reserved D Barrier Pass gets you access to the D Barrier area only. You also need a ticket to the event.

Does an After Race Concert Reserved D Barrier Pass get me into the concert?

A General Admission ticket will give you access to all on-track and off-track attractions for that day including the Boost Mobile Supercross Sprint, NAPA Speedway Sprintcars and After Race Concert Series.
