2023 VAILO Adelaide 500 Media Accreditation Application
To register your interest for media accreditation to the 2023 VAILO Adelaide 500, please complete the form by following the link below.
Please note the following - .
- Space is very limited and only authorised news organisations will be considered.
- All media assigned to cover the event will be required to submit their application individually. One application should be submitted per person.
- Please ensure 'Media' is selected as your credential type. Quantity should be listed as '1'.
- Should you require car parking, please select 'Carpark 1'.
- Freelance photographers and journalists will need to provide an assignment letter from an accredited news agency or race team as part of the registration process. Please email this through to smclaughlin@tlaworldwide.com and mbarras@tlaworldwide.com once you have applied online.
- All TV crews and videographers will be required to complete an additional form from Supercars Media and obtain a bib from Supercars Media that must be worn at all times while on-site. Please email smclaughlin@tlaworldwide.com and mbarras@tlaworldwide.com once you have applied online to receive and complete the form.
The deadline to apply for media credentials is Monday 13 November.
If your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation over the coming weeks that includes credential details and instructions on how to access the track on your day of arrival.
