The VAILO Adelaide 500 is a world class motorsport and entertainment event, and in 2024 it will celebrate it’s 25th year. At the VAILO Adelaide 500, it is important to us to offer a variety of food options to appeal to a broad range of fans. From souvlaki to sushi to superfood salads, we strive to showcase a diverse mix of cuisines and cultures, whilst ensuring a balance of fan favourites and healthy items. We love brands and operators with a unique point of difference, delicious food, and the ability and experience to cater to large volumes of hungry fans!
Before submitting your Expression of Interest, please note the below key information:
- The VAILO Adelaide 500 Food Vendor Expression of Interest submissions is now open . Submissions will close September 1 2024.
- After the submission deadline, the VAILO Adelaide 500 Food Vendor Expression of Interest submissions will be assessed on Brand/Concept, Food Offering/Menu, and Catering/Event Experience & Capabilities, and a shortlist of applicants determined.
- Shortlisted applicants will be contacted via email for further commercial and operational discussions and invited to submit a formal application.
- Unsuccessful applicants will be notified by email.
